Flight Training
- Commercial Aviation Diploma Program

- Full-time or self-paced, Recreational to Commercial, we have a program that will satisfy your goals and fit your schedule!
Ground School
- Ground School is where we learn the theory and acquire the knowledge we need to conduct safe and efficient flights as a pilot.
- We offer Ground School options that will fit your schedule and learning style: Weekly video sessions facilitated by an instructor, self-paced home study course, and when the COVID19 restrictions are lifted in September 2021, we will re-instate in-class face-to-face Ground School.
- The completion of the Ground School will prepare you for the Transport Canada written exams that are required for most licenses or ratings.
Radio License Exam
Write your Restricted Operator Certificate – Aeronautical (ROCA) exam at any one of our offices. Required for flight and drone licenses. Contact us for ROCA preparation information.
Transport Canada Private Pilot or Recreational Permit Written Exams

Transport Canada Licensing Authorization
Aurora Aviation has a Transport Canada approved Authorized Person for signing Licensing and Rating applications for: RPL, PPL, CPL, Night, Float and Multi Engine Ratings. Schedule an appointment today!
Aircraft Rentals

Aurora Aviation Academy offers aircraft rental to licensed pilots. Feel free to book one of our Cessna 172s for a short practice session, a cross-country trip, even an over-night flight!
